Balconies and terraces are always subject to weather conditions . Therefore it is important to have a good waterproofing so that the underlying structure does not get damaged. A good waterproofing can avoid water infiltration and as such avoid concrete cancer, carbonation, humidity problems, cracks in tile junctions, etc.

A roof terrace or balcony can be waterproofed with Derbigum SP FR or Derbigum NT. For small surfaces like e.g. balconies or thresholds, or in case of many details, the liquid waterproofing Derbitech® Flex can also be used.
